Business Development Manager

Personal Executive Administrator

The Business Development Manager is in charge of developing and managing all business development initiatives to ensure continued growth and profit. He or she will generate new business opportunities; increase revenue with existing clients; conduct market research; and work closely with existing marketing, sales and IT teams to ensure all initiatives and strategies are conducted effectively.

Responsibilities include:
  • Manage all aspects of our sales cycle
  • Ensure we hit our aggressive quarterly quota goals
  • Develop strategies to acquire new customers while retaining current ones
  • Work closely with other departments
  • Clearly communicate ConnectUs products and services to prospective clients

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of wireless technology products and market trends, forecasting, pipeline management and activity tracking.

Our Business Development Manager must be an established sales leader able to earn the respect of emerging partners, and must also possess:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Natural leadership qualities
  • Ability to be self-motivated in a fast-paced team environment
